What about the hidden costs of change?

It’s great news that the UK government is finally getting its spending with big ERP suppliers like Oracle under control, by signing a single agreement wthat covers the whole of government (Oracle signs new deal with government to save £75m). This is not before time! As a big IT supplier to the public sector around the world we’re only too pleased to see governments reducing the stranglehold that ‘Big ERP’ has had on them.
